Hire Terms and Conditions
(Please read carefully before hiring you will be required to agree with these terms before hire)

  • A bond is required for each stand at a cost of $50.00 which is refundable on the return of the stand in original hire condition.  This bond will not be refunded if the stand is damaged in any way and needing repair or if the stand is returned late.  If the stand is damaged and can not be repaired you will be required to pay for a replacement stand.
  • Cupcake stands are for pick up in Somerville 3912 Vic or delivery to the areas on the Mornington Peninsula as stated below.  I do not post stands as they are quite large and are damaged in transit.
  • Stands will be available to pick up after 1pm on the first day of hire and will be required to be returned by 1pm on the last day of hire or by prior agreement. Please arrange at time of booking.
  • Stands will be cleaned only with food safe detergents.
  • Please do not clean for return. Gently wipe off any large noticeable pieces of food etc and the stand will be cleaned by me on its return.
  • Delivery and pick up of Stands is to function venues only, we do not deliver to residences. We will deliver from Frankston to Sorrento. This will need to be arranged with your venue to ensure someone is available to take delivery and be available for pick up. Cost for this service is $15.00 each way and payment will need to be arranged prior to delivery/pick up.
  • These stands are very sturdy and can hold a considerable amount of weight but be aware that they are a tower and if lent on too hard could break.
  • Never attempt to repair breakages this could result in irreparable damage
  • Email or call to enquire on dates available, we have quite a large number of stands but these are very popular and hire quickly.
  • Book early to avoid disappointment.
  • Payment is by Cash  Bank deposit or Paypal only.  No Cheques
  • Some personal details will be required for security reasons.
  • As per the new privacy laws your personal details will be noted for our records only and will not be passed on to any other person or third party.
  • All photos supplied in the gallery have been provided for this website by previous clients and are property of Tracey’s cupcake stands and can not be used by anyone other than the original owner and myself. Please do not reproduce.
